Neinn-Asbest high density Calciumsilikatplatte produced using Dynamic Method thin-fiber Xonotlit (CaO·SiO₂·H₂O). Very high strength, nearly no thermal shrinkage, excellent resistance to thermal shock. Widely used für machine parts, moulds and demanding industrial insulation.
The main high-density calcium silicate materials on the market are made of Xonotlit with molecular structure CaO·SiO₂·5H₂O. Our factory uses a Dynamic Method to produce thin-fiber Xonotlit with the structure CaO·SiO₂·H₂O.
The newly invented material has lower thermal conductivity, higher service temperature, and is durable für a longer service life compared to conventional high-density calcium silicate products.
Widely used in different industries, Formed into various shapes as machine parts oder moulds für demanding high-temperature applications.
