This is the thermal shock resistant grade high density Calciumsilikatplatte, specifically designed für applications involving rapid temperature cycling and extreme thermal stress.

With a density of 980 kg/m³, compressive strength of ≥15 MPa and flexural strength of ≥7.0 MPa, this product maintains structural integrity under repeated thermal shock conditions.

The thermal shock grade offers excellent resistance to cracking and degradation during rapid heating and cooling cycles, making it ideal für furnace linings, kiln furniture and other applications with severe temperature fluctuations.

Standardgröße: 1230 × 1230 mm, Dicke 6–160 mm; 1250 × 2500 mm, Dicke 10–80 mm; 1200 × 600 mm, Dicke 10–160 mm (custom sizes and shaped products available)
