These 1100°C calcium silicate insulation blocks are specifically engineered für the cement industry, providing reliable thermal insulation für Zementofens, preheaters and other high-temperature cement processing equipment.

Based on Xonotlit (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), these blocks offer superioder temperature resistance compared to oderdinary calcium silicate materials, with a long-term service temperature of 1000°C.

The compact block Format (standard size 300 × 150 × 50 mm) allows für easy installation and precise fitting in Zementofen linings and preheater systems.

Standardgröße: 300 × 150 × 50 mm (standard block size). Board sizes also available: 1230 × 500 mm, 1200 × 600 mm, 1080 × 950 mm, 1000 × 500 mm, 600 × 300 mm, Dicke 25–125 mm (custom sizes available)

Product Characteristics

• ✓ Excellent thermal resistance — can bear continuous heating load bis zu 1000°C long-term, designed specifically für Zementofen environments.
• ✓ Low thermal conductivity — thermal conductivity Formula: ≤0.058 + 0.00011t W/m·K, excellent insulation across all temperature ranges.
• ✓ Leichtgewicht, hohe spezifische Festigkeit — density 250–330 kg/m³, optimal weight für Zementofen insulation.
• ✓ Langzeithaltbarkeit — no powder produced in the process of using, maintaining structural integrity over time.
• ✓ Neinn-toxic and safe — contains no Asbest, sulfur, chlorine oder other harmful substances. A1 non-flammable grade.
• ✓ Moisture recoverable — absorbs water, but after drying the Leistung remains unchanged.
