High strength 1100°C calcium silicate insulation board based on xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O). Excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity for demanding industrial furnace, cement kiln and power plant applications.
The main component of high temperature calcium silicate is xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), which has higher temperature resistance than ordinary calcium silicate materials.
Each xonotlite molecule contains only one crystal water. Even if the temperature exceeds the limit, only a small amount of crystal water will be removed without causing serious damage to the system.
Because of its excellent comprehensive properties, this material is widely used in the field of high temperature and energy saving, including industrial furnace lining, cement kilns, power plant boilers and petrochemical equipment insulation.
