1100°C calcium silicate insulation blocks based on xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), specifically designed for cement industry applications including cement kilns and preheaters. Density 250–330 kg/m³, standard block size 300 × 150 × 50 mm.
These 1100°C calcium silicate insulation blocks are specifically engineered for the cement industry, providing reliable thermal insulation for cement kilns, preheaters and other high-temperature cement processing equipment.
Based on xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), these blocks offer superior temperature resistance compared to ordinary calcium silicate materials, with a long-term service temperature of 1000°C.
The compact block format (standard size 300 × 150 × 50 mm) allows for easy installation and precise fitting in cement kiln linings and preheater systems.
