Product Introduction

The main component of high temperature calcium silicate is xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), which has higher temperature resistance than ordinary calcium silicate materials.

Each xonotlite molecule contains only one crystal water. Even if the temperature exceeds the limit, only a small amount of crystal water will be removed without causing serious damage to the system.

Because of its excellent comprehensive properties, this material is widely used in the field of high temperature and energy saving, including industrial furnace lining, cement kilns, power plant boilers and petrochemical equipment insulation.

Standard Size: 1230 × 1000 mm, 1230 × 500 mm, 1260 × 600 mm, 1000 × 500 mm, 1080 × 950 mm, 600 × 300 mm, thickness 25–125 mm (custom sizes available)

Product Characteristics

  • Excellent thermal resistance — can bear continuous heating load within the limit of service temperature up to 1100°C.
  • Low thermal conductivity — excellent insulation performance at any temperature interval (0.062 W/m·K at 20°C, 0.165 W/m·K at 800°C).
  • Light weight, high specific strength — best strength-to-weight ratio in the field of rigid insulation materials.
  • Long term durability — no powder produced in the process of using, maintaining structural integrity over time.
  • Non-toxic and safe — contains no asbestos, sulfur, chlorine or other harmful substances. A1 non-flammable grade.
  • Moisture recoverable — absorbs water, but after drying the performance remains unchanged.
