Non-asbestos high density calcium silicate board produced using Dynamic Method thin-fiber xonotlite (CaO·SiO₂·H₂O). Very high strength, nearly no thermal shrinkage, excellent resistance to thermal shock. Widely used for machine parts, moulds and demanding industrial insulation.

Produit Introduction

The main high-density calcium silicate materials on the market are made of xonotlite with molecular structure CaO·SiO₂·5H₂O. Our factory uses a Dynamic Method to produce thin-fiber xonotlite with the structure CaO·SiO₂·H₂O.

The newly invented material has lower thermal conductivity, higher service temperature, and is durable for a longer service life compared to conventional high-density calcium silicate products.

Widely used in different industries, formed into various shapes as machine parts or moulds for demanding high-temperature applications.

Taille Standard: 1230 × 1230 mm thickness  6-160mm; 1250 × 2500 mm thickness 10-80mm; 1200 × 600 mm thickness 10–160 mm (custom sizes and shaped products available)

Product Advantages

  • Very high strength — compressive strength ≥11 MPa, flexural strength ≥5.5 MPa, surface hardness HD 60.
  • Nearly no thermal shrinkage — linear shrinkage ≤0.3% at 900°C for 12 hours, exceptional dimensional stability.
  • Excellent thermal shock resistance — withstands rapid temperature cycling without cracking or degradation.
  • Anti-moisture & chemically stable — resistant to moisture absorption and stable with various chemicals.
  • Non-toxic and safe — contains no asbestos. A1 Class Fire-Proof grade.
  • Good machinability — excellent adaptability to machine shaping, can be formed into various shapes as parts or moulds.
