Produit Introduction

This is the thermal shock resistant grade high density calcium silicate board, specifically designed for applications involving rapid temperature cycling and extreme thermal stress.

With a density of 980 kg/m³, compressive strength of ≥15 MPa and flexural strength of ≥7.0 MPa, this product maintains structural integrity under repeated thermal shock conditions.

The thermal shock grade offers excellent resistance to cracking and degradation during rapid heating and cooling cycles, making it ideal for furnace linings, kiln furniture and other applications with severe temperature fluctuations.

Taille Standard: 1230 × 1230 mm, thickness 6–160 mm; 1250 × 2500 mm, thickness 10–80 mm; 1200 × 600 mm, thickness 10–160 mm (custom sizes and shaped products available)
