Produit Introduction

This is the highest density and strongest calcium silicate board available, the 1200 kg/m³ high mechanical strength grade with a maximum service temperature of 1100°C — the highest among all our high-density products.

With compressive strength of ≥23 MPa and flexural strength of ≥15 MPa, this product delivers unmatched mechanical performance for the most extreme industrial insulation applications.

The high strength grade features exceptional dimensional stability (≤0.16% shrinkage at 850°C), and is engineered for applications where maximum load-bearing capacity, thermal resistance, and structural integrity are critical.

Taille Standard: 1230 × 1230 mm, thickness 6–160 mm; 1250 × 2500 mm, thickness 10–80 mm; 1200 × 600 mm, thickness 10–160 mm (custom sizes and shaped products available)
