Product Introductie

Het hoofdbestanddeel van hogetemperatuur calciumsilicaat is xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), met een hogere temperatuurbestendigheid dan gewone calciumsilicaatmaterialen.

Elk xonotliet-molecuul bevat slechts één kristalwater. Zelfs als de temperatuur de limiet overschrijdt, wordt slechts een kleine hoeveelheid kristalwater verwijderd zonder ernstige schade aan het systeem.

Dankzij zijn uitstekende eigenschappen wordt dit materiaal veel gebruikt in hogetemperatuur- en energiebesparingstoepassingen, inclusief industriële ovenbekleding, cementovens, energiecentraleketels en isolatie van petrochemische installaties.

Standaardmaat: 1230 × 500 mm, 1200 × 600 mm, 1000 × 500 mm, 1080 × 950 mm, 600 × 300 mm, thickness 25–125 mm (custom sizes available)

Product Characteristics

• ✓ Langdurige duurzaamheid — no powder produced in the process of using, maintaining structural integrity over time.
• ✓ Non-toxic and safe — contains no asbestos, sulfur, chlorine or other harmful substances. A1 non-flammable grade.
• ✓ Moisture recoverable — absorbs water, but after drying the performance remains unchanged.
