High density calcium silicate board 980 kg/m³ thermal shock resistant grade. Compressive strength ≥15 MPa, flexural strength ≥7.0 MPa, designed to withstand rapid temperature cycling without cracking or degradation. Linear shrinkage only 0.2% at 850°C.
This is the thermal shock resistant grade high density calcium silicate board, specifically designed for applications involving rapid temperature cycling and extreme thermal stress.
With a density of 980 kg/m³, compressive strength of ≥15 MPa and flexural strength of ≥7.0 MPa, this product maintains structural integrity under repeated thermal shock conditions.
The thermal shock grade offers excellent resistance to cracking and degradation during rapid heating and cooling cycles, making it ideal for furnace linings, kiln furniture and other applications with severe temperature fluctuations.
